In his quest to come up with a full image of Lokia, Fred's imagination created this interesting nightmare.
Lokia is the cybervisual construct of a race of 4-Dimensional beings
who live on a a universe in which time moves so quickly,
they live and die in the course of a single 3-dimensional conversation.
Lokia represents the evil forces behind the dramatic action in the
collaborative online illustrated novel,
The Power of 10.
